2024年11月16日至17日，“2024海椰丝·中国最强大力士赛”总决赛在深圳南山隆重举行。这场国际大力士比赛吸引了50多名来自中国、马来西亚、新加坡、美国等12个国家和地区的精英运动员参赛。作为中国力量运动发展的重要赛事，比赛既是对强者的挑战，也是晋级官方大力士赛与阿诺德大力士世锦赛的资格赛。

本次比赛的参赛选手，均来自今年“海椰丝·中国最强大力士赛系列赛”的四场城市冠军赛（深圳、广州、成都、北京），通过这些赛事严格筛选的精英选手代表了亚洲力量运动的最高水平。

本次赛事设有传统硬拉（极限重量）、农夫走&沙袋搬运、圆木推举（极限次数）、藏石搬运、巨物哑铃&沙袋抛掷、鼎&约克架搬运、欧陆翻举（极限重量）、巨石过杆等八个挑战项目，涵盖力量与耐力的多维考验。

2024 Lift On Strongman Grand Finals Held in Shenzhen, Gathering Global Power

From November 16 to 17, 2024, the 2024 Lift On Strongman: China’s Strongest Grand Finals took place in Nanshan District, Shenzhen. This international strongman event attracted over 50 elite athletes from 12 countries and regions, including China, Malaysia, Singapore, and the United States. As a landmark competition in China’s strength sports development, the finals served both as a battle of champions and an official qualifier for the Official Strongman Games and the Arnold Strongman World Championship.

The participating athletes earned their spots through four city qualifiers in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Chengdu, and Beijing earlier this year, representing the highest level of strength athletics in Asia.
