在观众的欢呼声中，2024海椰丝中国最强大力士系列赛成都站日前在成都壹方里举行。这场备受关注的大力士比赛，吸引了来自近十个国家和地区的40多名顶尖选手参赛，争夺总决赛的晋级资格。
此次赛事设置了四个经典的大力士项目，每个项目都对选手们的力量、耐力和技巧提出了极高的要求：
项目一，圆木推举（极限重量）：该项目首次设置全国纪录，选手需要展示惊人的上肢力量和稳定性。
项目二，约克架行走（极限速度）：选手背负沉重的约克架，以最快的速度完成规定距离，这不仅考验他们的力量，更考验他们的速度和耐力。
项目三，大力士盾牌沙袋搬运（90秒内完成最长距离）：选手需在90秒内搬运指定沙袋完成最长距离，这一项目对选手的体力和耐力是极大的挑战。
项目四，阿特拉斯巨石上肩（90秒内抱起不同重量巨石）：选手需要在规定时间内将不同重量的巨石抱上肩，展示出他们的综合力量和技巧。
这是海椰丝大力士赛首次来到成都，主办方表示之所以将第二站定在成都，不仅是因为成都目前正在建设世界赛事名城，还因为成都曾成功举办过2005世界大力士冠军赛。这一赛事为成都积累了丰富的赛事经验和良好的观众基础，使其成为大力士比赛的理想之地。成都不仅拥有完善的体育设施和优质的赛事服务，还能为运动员和观众提供独特的文化体验和热情的城市氛围，这些都为赛事的成功举办提供了有力保障。
本次成都站吸引了众多高水平选手参赛，他们中包括在国内外赛事中取得过冠军的顶尖运动员，以及来自铅球、垒球、街舞、英式橄榄球等不同领域的选手，为比赛增添了许多亮点。
Amid the cheers of the audience, the 2024 Lift On Strongman China Series — Chengdu's Strongest recently took place at Chengdu Yifangli. This highly anticipated strongman competition attracted over 40 top athletes from nearly ten countries and regions, all competing for qualification to the grand finals.
The event featured four classic strongman challenges, each demanding exceptional strength, endurance, and skill from the competitors:
Event One: Log Press (Maximum Weight) — For the first time, a national record was set in this event, where athletes showcased incredible upper body strength and stability.
Event Two: Yoke Carry Walk (Maximum Speed) — Competitors carried a heavy yoke frame and raced over a set distance as fast as possible. This event tested not only their strength but also their speed and stamina.
Event Three: Strongman Shield Sandbag Carry (Longest Distance in 90 Seconds) — Athletes had to transport designated sandbags for the longest distance within 90 seconds, a tremendous test of physical power and endurance.
Event Four: Atlas Stones Shoulder Load (Lifting Different Weighted Stones onto Shoulders within 90 Seconds) — Competitors lifted stones of varying weights onto their shoulders within the time limit, demonstrating comprehensive strength and technique.
This was the first time the Lift On Strongman competition came to Chengdu. The organizers explained that choosing Chengdu as the second stop was due not only to the city's ongoing development as a world-class event city but also because Chengdu successfully hosted the 2005 World Strongman Championship. This experience has given Chengdu a wealth of event-hosting expertise and a solid fan base, making it an ideal location for strongman contests. Chengdu boasts excellent sports facilities and high-quality event services, as well as a unique cultural experience and a warm city atmosphere for both athletes and spectators, all of which strongly support the success of the competition.
This Chengdu stop attracted many high-level athletes, including top champions from domestic and international competitions, as well as participants from diverse backgrounds such as shot put, softball, street dance, and rugby, adding many exciting highlights to the contest.
