Eligibility

This competition is open to all levels of athletes who hold an Asian passport or have been residing in an eligible Asian country for at least 1 year.

India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan

Central Asia
Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan

West Asia / Middle East
UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, Israel, Iran

Not eligible: Australia, New Zealand, Russia, and all European, African, and Americas nations.

Important Dates

Registration closes: September 11, 2026 — no exceptions.
Weigh-in: September 25, 2026 at LIFT ON Strongman Studio, Shenzhen.
Competition days: September 26–27, 2026 at China Uniwalk, Shenzhen.


After You Register

You will receive an email with an athlete profile form to complete. Once submitted and reviewed, your name will appear on the official confirmed roster at the Asian Strongman Championships website.

Women's: U55kg · U64kg · U73kg · Open

U70kg (Men) and U55kg (Women) are Asia-added divisions not found in standard OSG events.

Prize & Awards

Entry fees go directly into producing the highest quality strongman event Asia has ever seen. Prize money will be introduced as the championship grows

Athletes are responsible for booking their own accommodation. Shenzhen hotel recommendations will be provided upon registration confirmation.

How to Register
Fill out the registration form that is sent to your corresponding email address. If you are registering as part of a national delegation, please note your team/federation in the form — individual registration is also accepted.

Eligible Nations & Regions

This championship is open to athletes representing Asian nations and territories. Eligible regions include:

East Asia: Mainland China, Japan, South Korea, North Korea, Mongolia, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan

Southeast Asia: Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, Brunei, Timor-Leste

South Asia: India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives

Central Asia: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan

West Asia / Middle East: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Yemen, Israel

Eligibility Rules

  • Asian passport holders qualify automatically
  • Expats residing in Asia with a non-Asian passport must provide proof of residency in an Asian territory for a minimum of 1 consecutive year
  • Athletes holding non-Asian passports (including Australian, Russian, or any European/Western passport) who are not residing in Asia are not eligible, regardless of ethnic background

All applications are reviewed individually. The organizing committee reserves the right to request additional documentation and makes all final eligibility decisions at its sole discretion.
